Meet The Marzullo’s

Some partnerships are built on shared vision and others on shared purpose. For Jim and Christine Marzullo, it’s both. As the husband-and-wife team behind 10 West Real Estate Group and with Christine as the founder of the Together at Peace Foundation, they’re creating impact that spans from communities under construction to hearts in healing.

Making a collective impact, Jim and Christine are using their platforms to make a real difference, from helping families build generational wealth through real estate to helping individuals find light and hope after loss.

With 10 West Real Estate Group, the Marzullos have grown a thriving, vertically integrated real estate firm that’s all about long-term thinking, strong partnerships, and legacy building. They’ve built their business around people, helping others grow, invest, and create legacies of their own.

That same spirit of legacy shines through Together at Peace, Christine’s passion project inspired by the legacy left by her late father. The foundation brings comfort and connection to those navigating life after loss, offering “hopeful bereavement care” that focuses not just on grief, but on remembrance and renewal.

This coming year, Together at Peace is expanding its reach with the launch of the Comfort Club, a new virtual gathering once a month where people can check in with others, share stories, and find inspiration. The Comfort Club continues the mission of Together at Peace: to honor loved ones by finding strength in community and spreading light through remembrance.

In their conversation with Whitney, Jim and Christine opened up about the power of legacy and how it’s something we build not only through what we own but through the lives we touch. From real estate to remembrance, they’re showing that every effort, every partnership, and every act of kindness can become part of something lasting.
