Wednesday’s With Whit: Whitney Reynolds Live
Summer in Chicago always seems to move a little faster than I expect. One minute, we’re celebrating the start of the season, and the next, the calendar is packed with events, interviews, and exciting things happening behind the scenes at The Whitney Reynolds Show.
This summer, I’m especially excited about the conversations and opportunities ahead—from bringing people together around wellness to supporting organizations making a difference across Chicago. And, of course, we’re getting closer and closer to the premiere of Season 12!
Whitney Reynolds Live: Wellness in Action
One of the events I’m most excited about is our next Whitney Reynolds Live: Wellness in Action, presented by Christine Marzullo’s Together at Peace Foundation.
On August 29th from 9–11 a.m. at The J. Parker, we’ll be bringing together an incredible group of people who each have a different perspective on what it means to live a healthier, more purposeful life.
Danielle McPartlin and Kristin Richardson of Let’s Whip It Up are traveling from California to share their approach to healthy, hands-on recipes. Val Oliveira of Brazilian Lymph Spa will help us better understand how our bodies age and what that can mean for our wellness.
We’ll also hear from Christine Marzullo of Together at Peace Foundation about resilience, faith, and wellness. Wendy Mitchell Gill of A Silver Lining Foundation will share how her organization helps provide reduced-cost and free mammograms to communities that need greater access to breast health screenings.
And Ellen Wilcox of Listen is bringing research from a national poll of women about the products they use and, perhaps more importantly, why they choose them. I’m excited to hear what her research reveals and bring those findings into our conversation.
This is what I love about our live events. Wellness is not just one thing. It can be the food we eat, the way we care for our bodies, our faith, our resilience, and even the choices we make about the products we use every day. I’m looking forward to bringing all of those perspectives together for one meaningful morning.
Tickets are available online at WhitneyReynoldsLive.com.
Season 12 Is Coming
While we’re looking ahead to our live event, we’re also deep into the editing process for Season 12 of The Whitney Reynolds Show.
Our new season premieres October 19, 2026, and a lot is happening behind the scenes to get everything ready.
There’s something special about the editing process. After spending so much time with our guests and hearing their stories, we get to take all of those conversations and shape them into episodes that I hope will make you laugh, think, feel, and maybe even see someone else's life a little differently.
I can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on.
Pickleball With a Purpose
Before we get to Season 12, there are plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy the summer.
On Thursday, July 30th, I’ll be at the Match Mi Mindset Celebrity Pickleball Tournament at The Sports House.
Whether you’re a pickleball pro or someone picking up a paddle for the first time, the evening is designed to be fun for everyone. There will be a beginner-friendly clinic, tournament play, food, drinks, music, and activities throughout the night.
But the best part is the purpose behind the event. It’s an opportunity to gather your friends, have a great time, and support Mielle Cares’ youth mental health, mentorship, and scholarship programs.

Fashion and Philanthropy
August brings another event I’m excited to be part of: The Service Club of Chicago’s Day on The Terrace.
Taking place on Monday, August 10th, this event brings together fashion and philanthropy for a cause that impacts nonprofits throughout our city.
I’ll be strutting down the runway in two looks this year, and I’m excited to be part of a day that helps provide grants to nonprofits doing important work across Chicago.

It Really Is a Small World in Chicago
One of my favorite things about Chicago is how connected this city can be.
I recently had the opportunity to interview young Chicago artist Chan Fuze at Ever & After. Chan believed in himself, followed his passion, and ultimately made it onto The Voice. His story is such a great example of what can happen when you take a chance on yourself.
Being at the restaurant also gave me one of those unexpected full-circle moments. Years ago, I interviewed Michelin-starred chef Curtis Duffy. Now, years later, I found myself back at one of his restaurants.
It reminded me of just how small Chicago can feel. The people you meet, the stories you tell, and the places you visit have a way of connecting back to one another. That’s one of the things I love most about this city.
Connecting With You in New Ways
We also have some exciting news behind the scenes: The Whitney Reynolds Show has a new partnership with Meta!
As we continue to grow, we want to make it easier for you to follow along with our stories, interviews, events, and everything happening both on and off the set.
You can find us on Facebook at Whitney Reynolds Show and on Instagram at @Whitney_Reynolds.
There is so much happening this summer, and I’m grateful to be able to share it all with you. From wellness and philanthropy to pickleball, fashion, new partnerships, and the return of The Whitney Reynolds Show, I hope you’ll join me along the way.
And before we know it, Season 12 will premiere on October 19, 2026. I can’t wait for you to see it!
