A Toast to Wellness with Nouvie
For our August Whitney’s Women on iHeartRadio, I sat down with Faith to talk about community, wellness, and the difference we can make when we use what we’re building to support others.
Faith and her sister-in-law, Fiona, are the founders of Nouvie, a premium dealcoholized wine that offers a new way to enjoy the experience of wine without the alcohol. As Nouvie has grown, so has their opportunity to bring people together and make wellness a bigger part of the conversation.
Here in Chicago, Faith and Fiona have become involved in the wellness community through events like the Faces of Fitness Festival, creating connections around both physical and mental well-being. They’re also looking ahead to an October event where a portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
I love seeing women take something they’ve created and find ways to use it for good. Their work is a reminder that caring for ourselves and showing up for others can go hand in hand, and that even small choices can help create meaningful change in our communities.
It was such a pleasure having Faith join me and hearing more about the positive work she and Fiona are bringing to Chicago.
